Sarah Dobec
Sarah Dobec received her Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University. She is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition with honours. Sarah has a private practice in Toronto and is an on-site nutritionist at The Big Carrot Natural Food Market. She aspires to restore her client’s health through whole foods and a focus on the mind, body and spirit. Sarah is a published author with articles on health and travel in Vitality Magazine, The Toronto Star and Alberta’s Wildlife Magazine. She is an educator, speaker and organic farmer. Sarah volunteered on an organic farm for 5 months where she experienced fresh food from seed to harvest and all the weeding in between. She has a true passion for whole foods and their ability to heal, nourish and help us build strong, resilient bodies.
